The Urban and Rural Planning major of Chang'an University has a history of more than 40 years. It began to enroll undergraduate students in 1980 (the first one in Northwest China). In 2017, the fourth round of discipline assessment was B-, and in 2019, the National Higher Education Assessment was excellent.
