On November 27, 2021, the Rural Planning and Construction Academic Committee of the China Urban Planning Society announced the final winners of the "2021 National University Students Rural Planning Design Competition". The School of Architecture of Chang'an University performed well in this competition. "Dao Yun·Lubei·Huaxiangju"
The work takes Dianzhen Village, Jixian Town, Zhouzhi County as the main planning object. Based on the unique Taoist heritage in the village, the work uses the Taoist concept of "comparing gains and losses", from the four aspects of "production, life, ecology" and its counterpoint in space. From this perspective, analyze the gains and losses of Dianzhen Village, and conduct strategic guidance respectively. In terms of ecology, we will create a green village with clear mountains and green mountains; in terms of life, we will create a livable village that is suitable for the old and benefit the people; in terms of production, we will create a leisure village for health, culture and tourism; finally, we will form a beautiful rural village in space, and explore a new way of life in the new The characteristic road of rural revitalization of the times.

"Painting Wutun"
Wutun Shangzhuang and Xiazhuang Villages, where the mountains and rivers are connected to the water, originated in BC, went through the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, and Tang Dynasties, formed in the Ming Dynasty, and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. The planning takes painting scrolls as the direct intention. By sorting out the current situation of Wutun space, industry and culture, it summarizes the real dilemma of Wutun that the carrier is out of shape, the production city is exhausted, and the context is faded, and the core of the lost soul of Tibetan scrolls is obtained. question. Combined with the existing problems in Wutun, inject the soul of socialism in the new journey, and propose the shape of human settlements, the ink for the prosperity of the research industry, and the color of the inheritance of the context. Based on this, we use the sketching technique of starting-inheriting-turning-healing to design and create a beautiful picture scroll that hides feelings and draws together.

The work takes Beidou Village, Baoan Town, at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains as the planning object. The plan introduces the "new endogenous development concept", which is guided by the internal improvement and external development of the village, based on sustainable development, and promotes de-hollowing from bottom to top. Attract external investment with internal resources and promote coordinated regional development. Through the integrated development of the four strategies of "increasing production, revitalizing villages, retaining people, and cultivating scenery", a new ecological village with integrated development of scenery, village, people and land will be formed, and a rural life in which people and land are integrated will be realized.

Taking Zhouzhidian Town in Xi'an as the research object, aiming at the development status of the village under the background of long-term ecological protection of the Qinling Mountains, research and excavate the existing resources and values in the village, and analyze the status and development potential of ecology, industry, population, land use, and facilities. This paper proposes a framework of human-land symbiosis of "conference town, gathering talents and guests", and puts forward practical suggestions for the ecological protection of Qinling Mountains, the integration of industry and city in the park, and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas from the perspective of sustainable development.
